Refund Policy:
Deposit: Non-refundable if the program is canceled post-payment
-> However, it's transferable to other programs within two yearsRemaining fee: Non-refundable after payment, even if not participating
Deposit Fee: $100 USD (Can be applied to future K-POP Camp or ACOPIA programs for two years).
Included in Fee:
Airport pick-up, accommodation, activity transportation, K-POP & Korean tuition, lunch (excluding additions and dessert), and optional tour fee.
Note: Breakfast & dinner not included.
Not Included:
Round-trip airfare, travel expenses, airport-city Seoul transport (approx. $4 each way), Visa fees, flight ticket, meals
Deposit & Payment:
$100 deposit required upon application. Confirmation email will be sent from acopia.star@gmail.com.
Reservation confirmed upon deposit receipt.
Max capacity: 20; deposits secure spots on a first-come basis.
Deposit non-refundable but can be used for other programs within 2 years.
Balance payment deadline specified in confirmation email.
No refunds for self-initiated cancellations post-program start.

Meeting (Return): Incheon Airport Terminal 1, gates D and E, 14:00-17:00 (KST) on arrival day
(*If you arrive after 3:00 p.m., stay at a nearby hotel the day before, or join the tour on the way, we will let you know in advance when and where to meet up with your group)
Participants for each optional Program: Minimum of 5 is required
Reception capacity: 15 (Registration may close upon reaching capacity)
Dormitory: Near Hongik University Station (Hongdae-Ibgu) on Subway Line 2 for easy city access
Accommodations are included for women, but men need to make their own arrangements
Transportation: $4 USD fee for participants traveling from Incheon Airport to Hongdae on Day 1
Departure: Arrange own transport based on flight time on the final day

ACCOMMODATION
During the K-POP Training Camp, you will be staying in a Guesthouse or ACOPIA share house which is walking distance from ACOPIA school. It is located in a safe area and is a clean housing facility. Examples of the kind of Guesthouse you will be staying in can be found below.
