Overview of the Language School

■Helper System

The biggest feature of the Korean Language Education Department at Kyung Hee University is that all students are assigned a Helper (tutor), made up of undergraduate and graduate students, to help them practice Korean conversation and adapt to their new environment. The Helper System is a system that helps international students live in Korea by introducing them to the diverse culture of Korea through personal interactions and talking with them in addition to learning Korean. Approximately 350 Toumi are registered every semester, and they assist with learning by talking with them for more than 5 hours per week.

■Attendance

If your attendance rate is less than 70%, you will not be able to advance to the next grade or complete the course.

In addition, three late arrivals or early departures will be counted as one absence.
