Acopia School is the official training ground of KOREA PLAZA HIROBA, a creative entertainment agency based in the heart of Seoul. We don't just teach; we produce.

Acopia School refers to the training studio and practice facilities operated by KOREA PLAZA HIROBA Co., Ltd. for trainees selected by the company. The studio is located at 204-57 Donggyo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea. Please note that the participation fee does not include “Acopia tuition fees”. Those selected for the preparatory trainee development course will be provided with various training programmes by the company, together with support and investment for their growth and development. However, actual expenses such as educational fees commissioned to external institutions, costs related to residential training camps, utilities, support services for foreign participants, and stage performance production expenses shall be borne individually by the participant. Please also note that participation in residential training camps is limited to a selected number of trainees.

The trainee contract period, namely the participation period, ranges from one month to a maximum of two years. Through internal evaluations, participants may have the opportunity to be selected as debut members. That said, our agency does not impose excessive restrictions or limitations. Participation in external auditions or transfer to another agency may also be possible upon consultation. Many people aspire to become K-POP idols, but realising that dream is by no means easy. Although KOREA PLAZA HIROBA is not a major entertainment agency, we have accumulated extensive experience in the field of Korea–Japan exchange since 1999. Based on this experience, passionate trainees continue to train diligently every day and regularly take part in stage performances.
Of course, we would also warmly welcome those who wish to pursue their debut as Acopia trainees. Acopia is an open platform where young people can spread their wings and move towards their dreams. During the programme period, participants will have the opportunity to attend private, in-person auditions with leading entertainment agencies arranged by Acopia. Those who successfully pass the final audition and formally sign a trainee contract with one of the top 50 entertainment agencies arranged by Acopia will receive a full refund of their educational fees. Exclusive Selection – Only 2 Trainees per Month for Maximum Success

To maintain the highest quality of training and focus, ACOPIA SCHOOL operates under a strict selection and management system.

1. Mandatory Screening (Elite Only) We accept all aspiring idols, but only the best are chosen. Participation is granted only after a rigorous document review and video interview. We limit intake to maximum 2 trainees per month to ensure personalized care.

2. Commitment to Professionalism

• Confirmation: Your spot is secured only when the deposit is paid within one month after your initial consultation (Email, KakaoTalk, or ZOOM).

• Strict Code of Conduct: To protect our community, anyone violating rules, neglecting hygiene, or involved in illegal acts will be immediately expelled without exception.

3. Media & Content Rights By joining, you consent to our use of photos/videos taken during your stay. This content will be featured on TV, magazines, social media, and our official website—providing you with global exposure as an emerging artist.

1. Agency Investment (Acopia Tuition) For those selected as preliminary trainees, our agency provides various specialized training programs and audition access as part of our investment in your future. Standard "Acopia Tuition" is not charged to the participant.

2. Individual Expenses (Participation Fee) To ensure the highest quality of professional services, participants cover the actual costs associated with their stay and external training:

• External Professional Education: Specialized lessons at our partner institutions.

• Accommodation & Utilities: Rent for ACOPIA HOUSE and daily maintenance costs.

• Production & Management: Fees for professional filming, music production, stage performances, and dedicated foreign trainee management.

Contract Period The trainee contract (participation period) ranges from 1 to 6 months. This period is designed to evaluate your progress and fast-track you toward an official debut.

My time in Korea was a very memorable experience that I will always appreciate. Being able to live in a new environment, explore a different culture, and meet people from many different backgrounds gave me a lot of unforgettable memories and valuable experiences.

One of the best parts of my time there was having the opportunity to explore Korea itself. I enjoyed visiting different places, trying new foods, experiencing Korean culture firsthand, and learning more about daily life in another country. It was exciting to be in such a vibrant and unique environment, and I feel grateful that I had the chance to experience it personally. I also really appreciated the friendships and connections I made during my stay. Meeting people from different countries and spending time together created many fun memories that I will always remember. 3. Fair Cancellation Terms

• Cancellation 2 Months Prior: Refundable minus the deposit. The remaining balance will be kept as credit for one year for future programs.

After passing the third and final screenings, contract discussions begin.
Post-signing, Acopia offers consultation on the contract for a set duration.

❖ Standard Rules That Trainees Must Follow

Trainees must sincerely participate in training, including Korean language, dance, and vocal lessons, in accordance with the planning policy and training schedule of the entertainment agency to which they belong. They must also make efforts to manage their physical strength and health condition within a range that does not harm their health.

In addition, trainees are important individuals in whom the entertainment agency invests time, money, personnel, and opportunities for their development. Therefore, careful and strict management is required regarding external exposure, contact with outside organizations, participation in external auditions, and similar matters.

For this reason, when trainees go out, contact outside organizations, use external practice rooms, attend external educational institutions, participate in external auditions, or engage in similar activities, they must obtain clear prior permission from the entertainment agency each time.

In particular, participation in external auditions is an important matter directly related to the entertainment agency’s training policy, appearance and exposure management, contractual relationships, portrait rights management, and safety management. Therefore, participation without permission is strictly prohibited.

These rules are basic and standard requirements necessary for trainee management by entertainment agencies in Korea from the perspectives of safety management, training management, contract management, and the protection of minors. All trainees must fully understand these rules and comply with them sincerely.

If any violation of the above rules is confirmed, the entertainment agency may take necessary measures against the trainee, including suspension of instruction, suspension or loss of trainee status, termination of contract, suspension of dormitory use, suspension of recommendations for external auditions, or any other necessary measures.
