Qualifications & Professional Standards

Exclusive Selection – Only 2 Trainees per Month for Maximum Success

To maintain the highest quality of training and focus, ACOPIA SCHOOL operates under a strict selection and management system.

1. Mandatory Screening (Elite Only) We accept all aspiring idols, but only the best are chosen. Participation is granted only after a rigorous document review and video interview. We limit intake to maximum 2 trainees per month to ensure personalized care.

2. Commitment to Professionalism

• Confirmation: Your spot is secured only when the deposit is paid within one month after your initial consultation (Email, KakaoTalk, or ZOOM).

• Strict Code of Conduct: To protect our community, anyone violating rules, neglecting hygiene, or involved in illegal acts will be immediately expelled without exception.

3. Media & Content Rights By joining, you consent to our use of photos/videos taken during your stay. This content will be featured on TV, magazines, social media, and our official website—providing you with global exposure as an emerging artist.

Important Refund Policy: Once the participation fee is paid, it is strictly non-refundable. Your fee secures your dedicated accommodation and a fixed, high-level training schedule for 1–6 months. We commit to you; we expect you to commit to your dream.

Agency Investment vs. Individual Expenses: Transparent Participation Policy

At ACOPIA SCHOOL, we operate as an entertainment agency committed to your growth. We invest in your potential while you invest in your professional environment.

1. Agency Investment (Acopia Tuition) For those selected as preliminary trainees, our agency provides various specialized training programs and audition access as part of our investment in your future. Standard "Acopia Tuition" is not charged to the participant.

2. Individual Expenses (Participation Fee) To ensure the highest quality of professional services, participants cover the actual costs associated with their stay and external training:

• External Professional Education: Specialized lessons at our partner institutions.

• Accommodation & Utilities: Rent for ACOPIA HOUSE and daily maintenance costs.

• Production & Management: Fees for professional filming, music production, stage performances, and dedicated foreign trainee management.

Contract Period The trainee contract (participation period) ranges from 1 to 6 months. This period is designed to evaluate your progress and fast-track you toward an official debut.

※ We accept only two trainees each month. So a selection screening is required.

1. Elite Selection & Confirmation

• Only 2 Slots Monthly: We select only two trainees per month through a rigorous screening process.

• Secure Your Spot: Upon passing the screening, pay your deposit within 2 weeks to finalize your participation.

• 2-Year Credit Policy: If you cancel before the start date, your deposit remains valid for up to 2 years for any other ACOPIA program.

2. Professional Success Reward

• Top 30 Agency Transfer Refund: Through Acopia’s mediation and support, you will have opportunities to audition for Top 30 K-POP agencies. If you sign or transfer to a Top 30 agency during the program, we will Refund 100% of your external tuition fees! We celebrate your growth.

• Guaranteed Admission Refund: If you meet our criteria but we cannot grant admission due to internal reasons, a 100% refund will be issued.

3. Fair Cancellation Terms

• Cancellation 2 Months Prior: Refundable minus the deposit. The remaining balance will be kept as credit for one year for future programs.

• Post-Start Policy: Once the program begins, no refunds are available as accommodation and training schedules are fully booked and executed.
