KOREAN COOKING CLASS

ACOPIA SCHOOL has a Korean culture class every Wednesday! In culture class, we usually prepare a Korean traditional food with teachers. Today, we made “Song-Pyoen”, which is eaten for the lunar newyear, “Chu-soek”. Song-Pyoen is made of rice cake, and it has sweet sesame inside. The students also learn the name of ingredients and the way of cooking in Korean. We’re looking forward to learning next week’s menu!!
