thi Phung

Hello, my name is thi Phung. I’m a graduate student in Bachelor Communication management Event& Experiences at Thomas More (Belgium). I’m specialized in organising events, public relations and marketingcommunication.

My first impression of the company was that it wasn’t clear what Asia Hope Camp Organization wants to reach. The main reason why I felt like that was that Acopia is busy on so many different aspects, such like workcamps in Japan, Kpopcamp, recruiting interns, etc. The good thing about the company is that they give you a lot of freedom, because this requires you to be responsible. Which can help you to improve yourself. This can also be seen as a bad disadvantage, because of this freedom you will feel that there’s nothing to do. The communication in the organization is also not so well because you’ll never get a feedback for your work.

I’m involved in different activities such as promotion of the programs on social media, translating pages to Dutch, English language exchange with the clients, and more. Acopia provides me as gratitude Korean language classes in return. You’ll won’t be bored because of the other interns. We all share the same experiences which creates a bond between us.
