At the end of the month of July, some ACOPIA Interns went to camp with Japanese and Korean students. We had the opportunity to enjoy 3 days exploring another part of South Korea. We were exposed to the country side and experienced some of the history that exists in Gurye. Gurye was a place where friendships were made, history was learnt and the opening of one’s mind to the beauty of the countryside of South Korea occured. Some of the activities we enjoyed was bike riding, sightseeing, visiting an art gallery, learning Korean traditional music, hiking and seeing religious buildings. It was such a great experience, filled with many great memories.
