For my last piece , Di Alam Asing tells you story about this entirely new and made-up world where this folklore might have located. I ought to believe that the world exists in its own plane where magics are circulating around and death becomes their natures. In this piece I was inspired by my very own favourite artist, Shaun Tan in his "The Way Of Home (2011)"piece where he created this mesmerizing composition of a long road exploring the sidewalk views at night. I used that to explain the mood in the place I've created, allowing the viewers to travel from the foreground, to the middle, right to the end. I was also inspired by Alice In The Wonderland aesthetic to further explain my real life-becomes-magical narration.
